17. We are not responsible for any text printing mistakes; the printing process starts after your approval of proofs. We produce exactly the same format which is on the last version of proofs finalized by the customer. Proof approval is the sole responsibility of the customer.

22. After order is dispatched, we will provide Customer the tracking id, it is requested to customer to please track the courier with the courier partner using the tracking id shared, as any delay from courier side is not our responsibility and sole ownership of the courier company.

For Non Printed Cards Order Due to any issue if the customer want the cancel the order (non printed cards only) before dispatching there are no charges, but after the cards are dispatched no cancellation request will be entertained. Payment reversal may take 72 Hours after receiving the parcel.

28. Printed Cards Order can be cancelled only with in 24 Hours after placing order, after which no cancellation request will be entertained. Payment reversal may take 72 Hours after receiving the parcel.

29. To Better Resolve the Dispute, it is required to please record the video of the parcel opening clearly showing what is received and in what condition, After review of the video and courier partner explanation we will provide appropriate solution to our customer with in 5 working days.

31. In case of a important communication to customer, if the customer is not reachable on phone, we will send whatsapp communication, and we will consider that the customer is been informed.

32. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, NCR, India.

33. If "Vishakha Collections" were to be found to be negligent or at fault, Vishakha Collections shall not be liable for more than a refund of the money paid by Customer to Vishakha Collections subject to returns and refund policy.
